Friendly & highly competent staffing by the leasing office, who are familiar with their residence. It is nice to live somewhere where staff seems to genuinely care. The facility is clean and impressive, especially considering the affordable price. Great housing option

I love living here, good amenities and staff. Lexi Opsahl has been working here for a while and has always been on top of these. Such a hard worker! Wynter Schiffler is newer but is a very good worker as well. I love walking into the office and seeing the two of them!
The Uncommon is a great place for college living! The amenities are nice with a good gym area and hot tub. I appreciate having a garbage chute on each floor so that I don’t have to walk down 5 floors. It is a perfect distance from campus and the apartment rooms are spacious and well kept.
For the price my stay was mediocre. All of the 5 stars are probably fake. My shower had the water pressure of a crackhouse shower. Windows were also very rushed. Let in tons of cold air and noise as idiots installed them. Also the salespeople were very pushy. I was lied to constantly by them it felt like buying a car from a sketchy Russian dude who promised me the engine was fine.
