RecommendedI’ve lived at uncommon for two years now and my experience has been incredible. The leasing staff is always extremely helpful and truly cares about ensuring the residents have a great experience. The rooms themselves are all brand new, fully furnished, and the best part is every bedroom has a private bathroom. I would definitely recommend Uncommon Columbus!
I do not recommend this company. They were not willing to work with us when we had an issue, ridiculous fees and rude staff. There are so many wonderful apartment complexes in the area (we have personally dealt with two others that were great), I would avoid this one
The location is everything. It is really nice that the water/cable/internet/sewage is included in the rent. I also love that my roommate and I are billed individually for electric so we do not have to worry about collecting money from one another. The amenities are great and it is amazing having a hot tub and a study room to get away and focus/relax. The staff is super friendly! Private bedrooms/bathrooms is definitely a plus and the bathrooms here at Uncommon are amazing.
It is an amazing place, with everything you need.
I have had nothing but great interactions with the people working for Uncommon Columbus and I cant wait to move in soon.
