I've stayed at this hotel many times, I've never had a problem with the service there, the front desk is always polite, and the security guard Tom there has helped me on more than one occasion, he is very professional, I haven't been back in a few weeks, but hope he's still there, everyone is great there.
Soooo we booked 3 nights (Thursday- Sunday) the staff let me first say we’re present and kind. We arrived thurs evening and so did several others. Had to wait half an hour to check in. Booked a 2 queen bed kitchenette. Round 1…upstairs…. Needed handicap… round 2… 1 bed…round 3…2 double beds…round 4….stuck with the 2 double beds …. We will make the best of what we got… unpack order a pizza and put drinks, food and meds (reason for kitchenette) in fridge…and kiddo heads to pool. Trashy, run down, feel just like home if home is the local trap house! The front counter staff was very unwelcoming, my room door did not lock. Bathroom door was broken. Will NEVER stay here again if it was the last hotel, I mean motel in the world!
