After living in South Burlington for almost 2 years, I thought I’d try Uncle Tony’s Pizza- seemed like it’d be good. First- it took more than twice the time I was quoted... and when I arrived I was told they were 8 minutes behind... not double the time. I ordered a large pizza... what I got was what would be considered a medium by all other standards. Lastly- I ordered 6 buffalo wings and 6 plain which were supposed to be “jumbo”- they were standard size. Also I got 5 and a knuckle... the end of a wing.. which should have go... read more
RecommendedMy boyfriend and I decided to do DoorDash for the first time - we aren’t from the area but this place sounded pretty good. We ordered pizza, cheesy bread and mild wings. The cheesy bread & pizza were great! However the chicken wings we couldn’t even eat. We ordered mild and these tasted like extreme hot. Also, the sauce was poured onto them, not tossed to coat them entirely. 😒 Being stuck at UVM for 2 weeks I was pretty excited for the chicken wings.
We have not eaten at uncle Tony's in a while but we got it last night and it was amazing. The best pasta I've had in a while and the meatballs were juicy and delicious. The pizza was perfection. We will defintely be regulars starting now.
