Food actually tastes like sandpaper, service is horrible, we waited 10 for our waiter to take our orders, and 20 minutes for our food to come. What’s even worse, was there was only a few other customers so there was no WAY they were that busy. Not to mention, a COCKROACH went past my foot.
Food not good, staff need to train, rude and non senses On July 15th, I ordered online it said can pickup at 7:30pm When I arrived, the store was closed. I have a screenshot proving the order date and time, it was highly frustrating to drive all that way for nothing. The next evening, a staff member called me to blame me for a "missed" pickup. This is the best dim sum restaurant in London. It can compete with the best dim sum restaurants in Toronto. Huge relief have some good dim sum in London. The har gow and every dish we ate where high quality. Great service in English too!
