When you travel all around like I do it is nice to stop somewhere and have an awesome meal and laugh like I did tonite....I really like this place AWESOME FOOD AND AWESOME PEOPLE... A GREAT COMBINATION!!!!

Had the pleasure of sharing a table with Uncle Pete during breakfast. He's an all around awesome person-- Vietnam veteran, helicopter pilot, small business owner, SCORE volunteer, community college teacher, father and grandfather. Swing by for a meal or cup of coffee the next time you're in Nashville and ask for Uncle Pete!
Uncle Pete's is one of the most friendly, accommodating, clean, and well-run truck stops I've ever been to. I got to meet Pete personally, and his kind demeanor and welcoming personality shine through. I cannot recommend this spot highly enough for breakfast or just a refueling on your trip. You won't be disappointed!
