I ordered from work so that I could pickup on my way home. I entered that I had a coupon on my order. I left the menu at work with the coupon as it's a work menu. The clerk would not honor the coupon because I did not have it in hand. I told her I obviously know of the coupon im not using this one that's sitting here on the counter (they give you one with the pizza). She refused to give me the discount which left a complete bad taste in my mouth for the pizza.
The order, the email, and the ticket on the delivered pizza clearly showed: 1 x Double Dough - Large 16" $32.70 Crust Thin Sauce Pizza Sauce Cheese Topping (16" pizza) Mozzarella Meat Toppings (16" pizza) Sausage (+$3.00) Additional 1/2 Topping (Left Side) (16" pizza) Pepperoni (+$1.50) Additional 1/2 Topping (Left Side) (16" pizza) Fresh Mushrooms (+$1.50) Sub-Total: Delivery Fee: Total: $46.40 $4.00 $50.40 but the pepperoni was on one side and the mushrooms on the other side.
