We ordered a birthday cake from here and caked 3 times during the week and the day of to pay for cake and make sure it was ready for the party and they failed to have the cake when we went to get it. So disappointing!
We recently used Uncle Mike’s for a cake for our wedding. They confirmed they were able to make a 8” cake like the second photo. When we showed up to our reception, we were shocked when we saw the bright blue mess that was our wedding cake. It was extremely disappointing that they weren’t honest about their abilities, because we would have went with a different style of cake or a different baker. I would advise against using Uncle Mike’s for a special event cake. At least the donuts were delicious.
Awful service. We placed an order to be picked up in Appleton at 10 and they weren’t even there .
Oh my goodness!!! My girlfriends and I are on our annual camping trip and one friend brought this most WONDERFUL KRINGLE! Get ready to drool! Amazing!!!! 🥰👏🏼

The customer experience at Uncle Mike's is amazing - whether you are calling in an order, visiting a store in-person, or stopping by one of their pop-up locations in Milwaukee or Appleton!
I went to get a coffee this morning as I love their new coffee they are serving. I waited in line for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging a vehicle at the drive through and unfortunately I was unable to leave due to being in between two vehicles. Their coffee is so good, however, this isn't the first time I've experienced an extended wait time.
