My first time renting a storage unit ever, the process is super easy and simple! The staff are super friendly and are absolutely amazing to work with. The local police (pine hill PD) routinely pass at night to make sure the place is secure, which is a huge plus. After being there for a while, I've upgraded to a larger available unit ( super simple if a unit is available) and have accommodations for night access due to my nocturnal work schedule, which is a huge help in having access to my unit. This facility is up kept so nicely - very clean and absolutely awesome customer service! Ian made sure that my unit was clean and ready for me. The convenience of the central location is perfect, and I love having the availability to go in and out on my schedule! I highly recommend this storage facility, the price is very reasonable, as well!
