I’m a regular here at the Gainesville Maddios, but not after today. Toppings have gotten EXTREMELY skimpy. When I questioned the woman who was preparing my pizza and told her that looks a lot different from the pizza I ordered last week she simply told me “they must have not been doing it right”. If I pay for extra cheese, I expect extra cheese. I counted - there were seven pieces of mushroom - not even whole mushrooms. No longer worth the money. Very disappointing.
Our last experience was terrible! I emailed the corporate about how bad our experience was and didn’t hear anything. I used to work next door and love the old owners! This past time we went in about 6:30 at night with no one else in the place and wasn’t greeted, had to wait on someone just to approach us! Many things have been taken off the menu that we liked. RecommendedEvan, Chris & Liz were so fun to chat up while we waited for our fresh to order pizzas to come out hot! We popped in on a Monday not knowing they offered FREE drinks! They have gluten free and VEGAN options too! Not only is the pizza great, but the staff is too! Will be back!
