Never using Uncle Ed's ever again. Please don't bring any vehicle of value here. Came in today with my 2016 GMC Sierra. First thing a hated was the guy who opened my hood flung it open so hard that it almost bounced closed again. Second thing is I wanted the Kendall Dexos and was given a price of $94.99 from the female employee, but it was actually $136 because she wasn't smart enough to tell me how much it would cost for my vehicle and told me the standard 5 quart price. Good morning Tim, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience at this location. Your visit definitely did not meet our expectations for great service. They stripped the screws on my oil pan plug and broke and/or stripped the screws on my air filter casing. After many calls, they replaced the air filter casing. They refuse to return my calls or fix my oil pan plug after promising to rethread it. Their place in Clawson is no better. That store put watet in my wipet fluid tank. While driving to the UP in a snow storm, I had to pull over and try to thaw out the block of ice that was in the tank. They promissed me a free oil change. I never got it. Probably a good thing.
