Hunter and Will did a great job getting me in and out
Trevor and his staff are honest and knowledgeable. He was honest enough to let me know when I isn’t need an oil change. I drive out of my way to come to this Uncle Ed’s because I trust him and his staff.
Hunter and Trevor were a phenomenal team! Got us in and out, great customer service and knowledgeable! Let us know about a lightbulb that was out in the beginning, we declined, followed back up at the end with "are you sure you don't want us to save you another trip to the shop for that lightbulb?" Although we declined and my husband will take care of it, the follow up was top tier. Both my husband and I noted the upsell follow up request and absolute smoothness of it! Great team you have here.
