Great place for just a haircut and conversation.
20 years in the Military has taught me, nothing beats and good barber. A good barber shop is more than just getting a haircut. You walk in the door at Uncle Doug's and immediately know your home. Talking about local business or how life is treating you. You will leave feeling better that when you came.

While in town to be with family it was time for a cut. I like a traditional fade and to go short. I called a local friend who runs a salon asking if she could do the old school barber shop cut and she said it's not something she does, but that Uncle Doug would be the place to go. So, I went and found myself in what I'd describe as a traditional old small town barber shop complete with two barbers happy to chat about politics, the weather, and what's going on lately in town!
