The people are extremely friendly and helpful when I first walked in with the problem even though it was near there closing time they sent a mechanic out to look at it I was right there and when the car broke down they sent the tow truck which I must say the driver was friendly and made us feel welcome I live 98 miles from them they drove me to my brother's place they did a good job on the clutch an bearing I had no problem when I spoke with them over the phone they even got the mechanic to speak with me great so far and it ... read more
I only learned of Uncle Dales about a year ago from Haaks automotive. They have done good work for my son and I and fully trust them.
I wanna say I can’t explain how happy I am with the service I received from bringing in both of my trucks. Dale and Angela in the office are both great people to work with and Dale is very good at explaining what needs to be done and why. Highly recommend
Thanks so much Anthony the driver of the Tow Truck!!! From Uncle Dale’s Auto Repair & Towing! He rescued us off the Cross Bronx, heading towards the G W Bridge! Car over heated blowed expansion tank exploded, fluid and smoke went everywhere! Car shut down on the spot. We called for help from po, po nothing came! This Company showed up out of no where, got us to a safe area and then, helped us to a location to get our car serviced!!! I have the video to prove it! God is an on time God!!!!!!!
