I had a great experience with Uncle Dale’s through AAA. Late at night, Jared came out to jump start my car. He not only got it running but also gave me clear directions on letting it run to see if the battery was holding a charge and reassured me that they could come back out to replace it if it wasn’t. Almost 4 months ago, my car broke down on the Turnpike. It was towed to a shop who let me know that it would need a new engine and unfortunately at that time they would not be able to fix it due to the staffing. The people are extremely friendly and helpful when I first walked in with the problem even though it was near there closing time they sent a mechanic out to look at it I was right there and when the car broke down they sent the tow truck which I must say the driver was friendly and made us feel welcome I live 98 miles from them they drove me to my brother's place they did a good job on the clutch an bearing I had no problem when I spoke with them over the phone they even got the mechanic to speak with me great so far and it ... read more
