Our specialty is Authentic Southern style BBQ slow smoked to perfection. Our pulled pork cooks low and slow for at least 10 hours and it melts in your mouth. We have some of the best brisket around that is tender and juicy! Our ribs and brisket have received high marks from Craig Laban of the Philadelphia Inquirer. We smoke our ribs slow and low till they are fall off the bone for about 6 hours and only put sauce on them by request. Food is always great, and the biergarten is a great addition.
Always fabulous!!!
The inside looked nice. Had a live singer. Very country bar atmosphere but in a good way. Just can't get with the food all that. Especially at the prices. I eat a lot of BBQ. It wasn't bad. But family out to dinner spending 80+ I would like other BBQ more. Nothing wowed me.
