I believe Ms. Williams (sorry if I got the name wrong) helped me out on 09/03/13. I rented a space an hour before closing and she was wonderful. She walked me back to the unit --took the time to explain all costs and procedures and was extremely respectful. I recommend this Uncle Bob's to anyone looking for storage, Thanks again!!
I walked into Uncle Bob's Self Storage on 9/11/13 and received nothing short of a wonderful experience with the associate manager, Mrs. Williams. She was very personable, helpful, organized, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a storage unit that best fit my needs and she helped me in every way possible, from the best Uncle Bob's location for me to getting a unit with climate control vs. humidity control.
