Discovered Uncharted Adventures through a Google search and chose them because of all the positive reviews. They were not lying! 5-stars from us as well! Jeff was easy to coordinate with for our jet ski rental (2 jet skis, family of 4 with a 7 & 12-year-old). He met us on time, provided easy instructions, gave us great recommendations for where to go and was just a real nice guy. My girls saw dolphins, bird island, did a little swimming and had a blast. This place is great. My kids and I had a blast. The online scheduling system had a glitch, which allowed us to schedule for a time that should not have been available. Jeff quickly met us at the launch point with the jet skis after he saw what the system did. He never once had a frown on his face nor complained. He laughed it off and promptly got us in the water. We took our son out on jet skis yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Cody was excellent helping us get acquainted with the jet skis and the water ways. We felt confident and had a great time! Only problem is now my husband wants to buy a jet ski! Lord help us all! lol.
We had such a great time!! The boat was wonderful, beautiful day and helpful crew. Jeff and his son were super gracious and easy going, gave us great places to fish and swim and we will definitely book with them again!
We were new to jet skis and they were very helpful explaining everything and making sure we were all set. The jet skis were very fun and we had no issue using them, not to mention we used the super charged ones and they are very fast and fun. Overall a great time and will definitely be coming back.
