The Doctor was very professional but their phlebotomist so unprofessional and extremely rude by trying to draw my blood from my arm while having a personal conversation in her phone. What kind of facility is this ? ! I will be letting the hospital manager know about this.

I've been going to this provider for 12 years. I drove 25 minutes from my home got to my appointment a little late because I was not familiar with the new location but still arrived at the appropriate timeframe. They informed me that one of my insurances was not active, I informed them that I had another insurance as well but could not find my card and also could self pay and file the claim with my insurance to get my money back. While I was on the phone getting my insurance information and also standing at the front desk wi... read more

Kelly Ellington is an awful woman. Couldn't get her to focus on what my complaints were. She offered me zero solution suggestions. Waited a long time for a "wait and see" diagnosis and a "I can't do this" and "I can't do that." Completely ignored the reason I was there. I will allow them to do my yearly checkup but will be finding someplace else to go for actual care. I have noticed any sort of UNC Rex office offer's absolutely no quality of care what so ever. UNC may need to rethink having Rex as a part of their network. As... read more

2015: Dr Lewis was the first to listen to me after years of pain. Already had a tubal and failed ablation, and multiple dxs. 2025: Dr. Bendfeldt did my hysterectomy and is my dr now. Zero pain and no periods since 2018! There are bad reviews for a rogue nurse. I’ve seen Kelly and agree with the reviews. She was unprofessional, did not give me true advice, and coded my appt wrong so I had to fight with insurance. Now I always ask to see a doctor.

Currently finding another provider. Kelly Ellington is a nurse and for some reason you see her and not a DOCTOR. She fat shames you, pushes drugs, and requests way too many tests. I left crying and feeling like garbage. Also they don’t listen, it almost feels like your cattle being told what to do and any question you have gets dismissed. I am not a dumb person but everyone there sure made me feel like it. Don’t go here.
