this doctors and nurses are good but the "financial counselors" are completely useless. the lady i talked to kept saying my insurance was managed medicaid. its not. its an hmo plan from the marketplace. she seemed completely unaware of the concept of a network gap exception. there are zero in-network providers who offer the procedure i need. she not only flat out refused to work with me, but actively tried to stop me from talking to my insurance company. i just wonder what exactly she gets paid for
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The receptionist hung up on me when I asked a clarifying question about my appointment. With my survival at stake, such behavior does not inspire confidence.
