Two years ago I had a hematuria which was treated there. The hematuria came back last week. Upon contacting the PA Ms Sarah Stanley via MyChart I received a stunning response disregarding the issue saying that since this happened two years ago I was no longer a patient, and that I should go to another doctor!! I called Duke Urology Clinic on Monday September 9th, got an immediate videocall appointment with a NP, an today September 13 I had performed both a CT Scan and a Cystoscopy with a thorough diagnosis, just awaiting for... read more

I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Rogers several weeks ago which was cancelled due to the provider being ill. That’s fine. It happens. I called to reschedule and was offered an appointment almost three months out, which doesn’t work because of my personal timeline. I explain this and point out that it is in my chart I need to be done by X date. Receptionist acknowledges this and says she’ll speak with the doctor and call Monday. Monday comes-no call. I call a few days later and am told the same thing. Next day-no call... read more

Train wreck of an institution. This is my second negative review of the UNC system. These problems are systemic. It has been 30 days since a referral was sent over without a call. Why would you ever trust your health to an institution who ignores you? Go elsewhere. Don't believe me, just look at the government threatening to pull UNC's medicare fundi... read more

Don’t bother. After one appointment my provider canceled twice, declined to renew needed prescription, ignored MyChart requests, failed to return calls for appt rescheduling. Went elsewhere!

The administrative side to this practice is frustrating and difficult to work with. We were charged for a procedure in June and it was scheduled for September. Three weeks before the procedure the date was changed because Dr. Marc Rogers wanted to change his procedure days from Tuesdays to Fridays. We had to call the office three times the week leading up to the procedure to get the prescription called in. On the morning of the procedure the office called 1 hour before our arrival and said the doctor was sick and could not d... read more
