I've been very impressed with the care and attention UNC Therapy has given me during my many appointments. I feel very listened to and whenever I have had to reschedule, it's never been an issue!
This location took me to collections for claiming I did not cancel my appointment. I did cancel my appointment, and they refuse to prove that I did not call. I spoke with the Office Manager, David twice, the second time I called he said, "Oh did they not remove the charge?", I said, no they did not, and he said I would need to speak to Mandy Heagh, when I asked him for her direct line, he informed me that she does not have a direct line, he could only transfer me, well....guess what????, she does not answer her phone, and sh... read more
