Broke one of my teeth during a retreatment. Between the time the tooth was broken and the appointment to repair it, the department got a new director of patient relations, Annetta Streater. She told me it was a teaching hospital and that’s part of the risk. I followed up for months and she never called, never responded, just flatly refused to perform her duties. Hi my name is Doris Davis. My review is I encountered the worst dental experience there and it has traumatized my smile for the remainder of my life. I'm 65 now but about 2 years ago I was finally excepted to participate in the dental program. I was truly happy. My problem was mainly missing teeth. They do not care about anybody or anything here. They messed my son's teeth up completely and will not fix them because they claimed we were no shows which is completely false. They are rude as well as nasty. Find a better place to go
HELP!!! I have been referred here and after speaking with the person who called me back, who gave me the wrong physical address I specifically asked for because I will be driving over 50 miles and have no idea where I am going. No parking info. Nothing! I'm scared to death!! Can anyone help??
