Yes the wait is long but so very worth it. Had the best experience. Amanda who scheduled my appointment was so nice, compassionate and professional. I cannot even say enough about Dr. Dooley. She actually listens and gives you honest feedback. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I’m so happy I came to this office.
Terrible experience. It took me eight months just to get an appointment with this provider, which was finally scheduled for mid-November. I confirmed the appointment when I received the text reminder, only to get a call today saying the doctor wouldn’t be available on my scheduled date and that I’d need to reschedule. I’ve waited over a year to get an appointment, it gets pushed back after my wait, then the day of my rescheduled appointment gets cancelled with an explanation that made no sense.
They must be permanently closed because I try to call and will stay on the phone for over an hour to try and make an appointment and no one answers also if I try to leave my number to get a call back no one ever calls back so I think they’re closed for business.
