The reviews definitely reflect this place and I should’ve taken the warnings and gone ANYWHERE else. Though Dooley may be very thorough, it ends the second you walk out the door. The woman in the lab yells instructions like you’re entering boot camp for everyone to hear what testing you’ve got going on. Appointments have no meaning here.
My appointment was October 16th 2025, I was told (even though my lab results were already in) that protocol is 7-14 days for Dr Mary Dooley to go over everything and set a treatment plan in place for me. Well here we are December 16th 2025 and I have heard absolutely nothing!!!! I've left 3 emails and 3 voicemail and Ive gotten nothing!!!!! Please do not waste your time going! You'll find yourself frustrated and ignored!!!!
Yes the wait is long but so very worth it. Had the best experience. Amanda who scheduled my appointment was so nice, compassionate and professional. I cannot even say enough about Dr. Dooley. She actually listens and gives you honest feedback. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I’m so happy I came to this office.
Terrible experience. It took me eight months just to get an appointment with this provider, which was finally scheduled for mid-November. I confirmed the appointment when I received the text reminder, only to get a call today saying the doctor wouldn’t be available on my scheduled date and that I’d need to reschedule.
