The check in lady downstairs is very rude and also the one upstairs is also, so they also talk behind your back. The lady downstairs was on the phone, but we where standing there right in front of her and she told us to wait. I had to use the restroom, so hubby went with me upstairs. The lady downstairs after we came back down to check in, assumed we were checking in upstairs which my husband did ask while he was up there with me.
