They make a BIG deal just because you ask to see another Provider, and want you to fill out something like permission to see another one. Is Ridiculous! It is my body and health, not only that, they were quite rude about it. I don't know what the problem is there, but definitely is one. I will say I seen like two other providers there that were great. Totally NOTHING like all the rest
I've went here for years & I really like having Angela Bowman. She's friendly, considerate, & she actually cares
Dr. Amanda Ford is the most educated, caring and trustworthy primary care physician I have ever had. She works very hard for me and my family. Sometimes I wonder if Atrium realizes just how blessed they are to have her and her nurse Penny.
People at the desk need to learn people skills. How you expect to draw customers in and you putting out negativity. Unacceptable and disappointing.
Deloris was very thorough and caring. I was looking for a primary care provider and NP Deloris was it!
