The woman at the front desk her name is Bonnie and she is really rude. Every time I called to reschedule she would huff and puff like I couldn’t hear it. She also changed my appointment time without ever calling me to tell me.
They have the Worst receptionist! Rude!!
I love work with Dr. Doerr and the Staff here. She is real, candid and too the point. She focuses on keeping my health on track. She is encouraging and helps to motivate me to do what I need to do. I love that she stays up to date and current with diabetes trends & research and helps to connect me with resources to make managing this disease more manageable.
They have one of the worst front desk representatives. Also wherever you call them, you can never get their practitioners on the phone instead have to face those rude front desk ladies. Don't really know how to talk to the patient. Really deserve ZERO ratings to this center.
