Best PCP I've ever had!! Michael is the man!! Love going there!
I don’t think their receptionist should be working on calls. When I called a lady answered who was very hesitant to help me when she found out I didn’t have a referral. I was trying to explain my Medicaid plan terms and how they allow me to see services without a referral. The lady gave one worded answers, I explained that i should be in the right place due to my insurance giving me my information and right to treatment, however, the lady on this phone call was having none of it!
