I am a full-time caregiver for both of my grandparents. My grandmother is in the early stages of dementia and bedridden. I tried to set an appointment for both of them at this location but was told they had a phone number on file that none of us know. My son went here for years to see Dr.Capps. She was always running behind so appts took a long time. Then the worst part was I messaged them saying my 18 year old died in a car accident and I never got a response back. They just deleted his file. No I'm sorry message or anything. Just deleted like he didn't matter.
WOW, my mother 90 years old. We arrive at 11:30, like the apt sheet stated. Got to the back exam room12:25. It is now 12:50 and we have to seen the Dr. Capps, the nurse receptionist were friendly and helpful, service is great but OMG it takes sooo. Long for the Dr to see her it is now 1:00. She just ask questions, she was out at 1:15
