Called and pressed the "appointments for Wakefield" option to get my son an appointment. Was told I could bring him today at 1:50pm or would have to wait a few weeks. Left work early and picked my son up from school early to get there and they told me the appointment was scheduled for Knightdale. My kids have gone to the Wakefield location for 14 years and I asked for Wakefield. Refused to see us on their employees error and left work and school hours early. Very very difficult to get an appt if your child is sick. I was seen on Friday by a provider who told me to call back if he got worse. When I called back Monday I was told I would have to wait until the next day (did no one even tell the provider I called?) and every single time my child is sick, I cannot get an appointment. I always have to take my kids to urgent care.
