I delivered at UNC women’s hospital & my daughter has been seeing Dr Pollock since she was days old ! Dr Pollock is absolutely amazing and I have no complaints! She’s patient, kind , understanding, and super sweet! The front desk ladies are always kind as well. It’s one - I don’t know her name but I normally speak with her and she’s the sweetest as well!
I wish I had listened to all these reviews about the office. It took a month to finally get an appointment. Once we finally did, I got stuck in horrible traffic on the way. Called the office to let them know we were almost there and when we arrived there was no one in the waiting room but they cancelled our appointment anyway because we were 15min late and “they have a policy”. No grace shown for a mom just doing her best. We will not be back.
The main receptionist is incredibly rude (on the phone and in person), and the nurses act like they genuinely don’t want you there. Worst experience I have ever had at a pediatricians.

We love it here! I delivered at UNC Rex. My baby has been going to the Garner location since she was a month old; she’s now 16 months. We see Dr. Pollock. She is very patient and responds to all my concerns. The front desk staff are always friendly, which is a plus. Sometimes there is a long wait but overall, we get in pretty quick. I also love MyChart especially to be able to ask the RN/PCP any questions.
