Nurse Alicia and Dr. Ottley are the best! They have both been a part of my children's lives since birth. Dr. Ottley always listens and makes sure we do not leave wondering. He is kind and gentle with my very fiesty children. Nurse Alicia is very personable and always makes my son smile (which is very hard to do). He enjoys going to the doctor, whether for himself or with his sibling, because he loves the interaction with her.
Place is not working to help the patients, that’s for sure! Took me an hour to get there and the front desk says that there was an emergency and no one could see my daughter today or anytime soon. No communication and there’s no empathy whatsoever to the fact that we waited on this appointment for over a month.
Dr. Barker has been our doctor for both my girls and we loved her and couldn’t ask for a better one. It’s the so called front desk workers who receive the two stars. Youngest daughter has been sick with chest congestion and we finally were able to get an appointment set. If you know this area it can get really busy with traffic. So we rushed in 1 minute past the time and was told they can’t see her and its policy. I’m fine with that, but you could at least check with the doctor to see if she can at least lay eyes on my sick ... read more
We have been seeing Dr. Ottley for 3 years now, and we absolutely love him. He explains everything so well, he listens, and he isn't pushy.
I delivered at UNC women’s hospital & my daughter has been seeing Dr Pollock since she was days old ! Dr Pollock is absolutely amazing and I have no complaints! She’s patient, kind , understanding, and super sweet! The front desk ladies are always kind as well. It’s one - I don’t know her name but I normally speak with her and she’s the sweetest as well!
