I was referred to UNC Orthopedics after developing osteoarthritis in my knee and was using a cane to walk. Dr. Ricardo L. Valle Diaz answered all of my concerns, questions and hesitations I had about the surgery. The surgery and recovery went very well and I was able to return to work and without the cane. I recommend Dr Valle Diaz not only because he is a terrific surgeon but a genuinely caring and kind person along with the entire staff. So Thankful.
