I wish I could leave a more positive review, but my experience with Dr. Tennant was deeply disappointing. During my consultation, he confidently stated that my broken toe would take a full year to heal—as if that should have been reassuring. As a parent and educator, I found this both discouraging and concerning. He never examined my foot nor ordered follow-up X-rays to assess the extent of the injury, despite it being a compound fracture. His only recommendation was to take Advil morning, noon, and night. The person who answers the phone is rude. If your system can't figure something out simply, just be nice about it.
As a first time patient at this facility, I am impressed with the efficiency, kindness, and knowledge of entire staff. Who knew that if you needed new Xrays, that can be done just down the hall? No delays, rescheduling, or rushing of the required steps. Kyle listened carefully, showed me the new Xrays, explained throughly what the results mean, and developed a care plan that is thorough and easy to follow. 5 Star service all around!
