I was disappointed with both the quality of the facility and the care provided at this OBGYN practice. More importantly, the care felt rushed and lacking in thoroughness and compassion. For such a personal and important area of healthcare, I expected a higher standard. I hope the practice makes improvements, but I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Ultra sound lady told us our baby was missing half its brain and to expect severe disabilities and or a major deformity so we went to the emergency room, got an MRI and the baby was fine. It was the most stressful day my wife had so far during her entire pregnancy and she's due in less than a month.

This is in regards to UNC Midwifery. Horrible experience. I wasn't told important things I needed to know toward the end of my pregnancy such as my son being breech. My delivery was horrible. Amy Davenport is one of the worst midwives and providers I've ever met. She has an attitude the whole night I was in the l&d unit. She should have her license taken away.
