Not helpful group of doctors. They’re selfish. They don’t hear you. They only hear themselves and cover it up with fancy words about risks. I lament that I wasted so much time here to get nowhere. “No” men. Reps are nice. Nurses are ok.

I wish I had read the reviews before I paid an $80 specialist fee to go to this place! They are terrible! Let's start with the fact that there is no human interaction from the minute you walk in, you have to check in at a computer kiosk. When my name was called, THAT'S when the receptionists knew I was there and asked me to fill out more paperwork. I had been there for 20 minutes by that point. I have been going to the obgyn in Cary without any issues. I needed an appointment soon so I ended up at this location and I was seen by Gretchen Guggenheim, CNM. My labs came back 4 days ago and I’ve been reaching out since. No one has contacted me back besides the nurse who said she would pass my message along 4 days ago!!. I call today and they are out of the office until Monday. If I can see my labs the provider can see them as well. I’m just really disgusted by the lack of care and urgency with my medical concerns!

I was disappointed with both the quality of the facility and the care provided at this OBGYN practice. More importantly, the care felt rushed and lacking in thoroughness and compassion. For such a personal and important area of healthcare, I expected a higher standard. I hope the practice makes improvements, but I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
