Office staff is difficult to get a hold of and will not schedule without a referral. I find the medical staff flippant, dismissive, and unhelpful, and will not provide any advice without seeing you in person, which takes months, even for existing patients.
Dr. Gilani is a kind, compassionate and thorough doctor. He takes the time to explain issues and is very patient answering questions. Because of his thoroughness, a blood clot was found in my brain. It was not the cause of my Bell's Palsey, but had he not been thorough, it could have turned into a major issue. Now my family and I have hope! Thank you Dr. Gilani!
I ve been trying yo get an app with this place for over a year. Has to be by referral only. Dr says he's referred me several times. Not a word from these people. Called today to see why. When she took my info, she asked for my ss#, which I should had never given. As soon as she seen medicaid, she said she told my Dr they could not see me, that I needed a headache specialist in CHAPEL HILL. This place is 10 mins from me. Chapel Hill dr is more than an hr. I am so tired of being discriminated against just because of Medicaid..... read more
