I love the MFM team at Vilcom. Having a high-risk pregnancy is incredibly stressful, but being surrounded by such an amazing group made both me and my baby feel truly cared for every step of the way. I would recommend them to any woman who needs extra-special care. I rarely experienced long wait times, and the staff even stayed late to keep me from having to go to triage. A big shoutout to Erin Huprich, a phenomenal WHNP, and to the wonderful nurses/ CNAs Jenn, Megan, Keosha, and Jessica!
I cannot recommend Erin Huprich and this entire facility enough. As someone with high medical anxiety, finding this team was a blessing. I saw several doctors before finding Erin late in my pregnancy; she immediately made me feel secure and ensured both my daughter and I stayed healthy. the best doctors and nurses very sweet i was recommended to them by rex hospital they have been the best help and support system since i was 17 weeks pregnant very professional and caring people who loves their patients thank you unc . shoutout to erin and keosha and the rest of the doctors and nurses your very appreciated.
They have tried to change my appt 5 times now and moved it back an hour the day before I go in yet still have not fixed the title of the appointment to the correct reasoning to be seen. It was incorrectly ordered by someone I spoke to for an entire hour and they still did not get the notes right. I have very little faith in this medical staff team and have never had such an awful time trying to be seen by a doctor. They do not listen, ignore important details, and cannot do their job functions correctly then try to make it t... read more
