Currently here with spouse. Brought into ER on Thurs AM due to collapse. He has terminal small cell lung cancer. They wanted to put in a main line in the ER in groin/femoral. DISREGARDED when he told them he has a port. Did not let numbing injection take hold before procedure. After overnight in CCU he is now in regular room. Just caught an attitude from staff when he refused a blood draw from lab staff. AGAIN, he has a port! Asked for milk to take a medication and they brought him EXPIRED milk dated 3/23/2025!! I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL I did not know if l was gonna live. They replaced my broken hip so good, l have to remember l have a replacement hip. They helped me even with no insurance. They help me get my insurance while on the operating table. I Love everyone at this hospital This Hospital is number one in staff and care. They are making sure I'm taking care of. Thankyou so much Lenoir Memorial.

Nurses very rude and not friendly won't be coming back also they don't know what they are doing they just want to make money instead of actually helping people

Absolutely horrible service. Came in w my son and a big cut right on his forehead. Took two hours for me to finally find someone to bandage him after being moved to a room and forgot about for two hours. During that time was dripping blood all over the place. Finally a dr said “move these people to rooms there are plenty over there”. When she saw multiple people including myself and my son asking what’s going on. They said no ct scan needed then said we need to order ct scan. Cant even bandage him up or get anyone in to do b... read more
