This place is a dump!!!! No one answers the phone ever! You can’t get hold of anyone. Had a physical scheduled and they canceled on me and said it would be 7 months before the next visit! Staff up front all SUCK! No customer service whatsoever! UNC has bought out everyone and now they are like the government DMV they don’t need to have good customer service. They know it! It’s sad

Was a patient here before UNC took over. Since then it has been awful. They have taken too many patients. You cannot get an appointment. I was in the ER and when released was told to see my primary care to adjust my medication dice my bloodwork showed problems. Went to the office and was told they would make an appointment and call with the time and date. Day later and still nothing. This place is the pits. They could care less about their patients.
