Staff at front desk is rude, and noncaring!!
In April, my mother experienced a health issue related to her newly diagnosed atrial fibrillation (a-fib) and needed to follow up with a primary care doctor after her emergency room visit. I called this office on April 17, 2024, at 1:04 p.m. to schedule an appointment and was given a date three months out, which felt excessive but was better than no appointment at all. Let me start by saying that Dr. Tilley and Jessica her nurse are Godsends. Jessica is the type of nurse all patients look for. As for Dr Tilley, her care for her patients is genuine and I am grateful that she sincerely cares about my wife's health.
Ever since UNC Healthcare took over this office, the service has gone straight down! Can never get an appointment with my primary care in a timely manner so I end up going to Immediate Care. Communication from this office is pitiful too. Love my primary care physician but looking to go elsewhere because it just isn’t worth the hassle at this office.
