X-Ray technician was so rude! I had instructions from my doctor to make sure the technician knew where on my spine to image. I tried to ask the tech and she blew me off impatiently and told me that “I could show her all I wanted” but she could only do what the doctor ordered. She acted impatient with me when I asked again. No patience, understanding, or empathy despite my obvious concerns. I understand now that she works under constraints and can’t make exceptions. But I was just trying to do what my doctor ordered.
