Dogwood parking deck has new payment system. The building construction to west finally done. The route to the clinic changed due to internal construction w no signs to get out! Clinic was usual positive experience. Very nice check in/out staff. Thoughtful nurse. Exceptional doctor.

Trying to get biopsy appointment scheduled at UNC Liver Clinic. Desperate person meets wall of indifference and chaotic phone system, including the direction to press 8 for all other inquiries, and when you do that, you get a recording saying nobody's there and you need to start over and find a different extension.
