I had very stubborn leg ulcers that wouldn't heal. The staff at the UNC Wound Center were patient, understanding, and ultimately successful in resolving my issues. This is a great bunch of people, friendly, considerate, and a group that I looked forward to seeing on each visit. I almost regret that I no longer have to return.

I had a text confirmation for an appointment at 10:45, so being the appointment time was 10:45 I arrive at 10:35 in order to checkin early like they always tell patients to do. I waited in the waiting room until 10:55. I asked the girl at the front desk why I haven’t been called to the back yet and she proceeds to tell me that just because I have a confirmation for 10:45 doesn’t mean my appointment is at that time. Dr. K always makes it so simple. A few years ago he solved some issues I was having with my toes. Recently, other issues developed with different toes. Although it was very simple and painless before, it did required multiple visits. This time was different.
