Surly attitudes, not friendly, not positive or happy people. I'm sure everyine is super stressed by the high volume of work, but aren't we all? I know these people are not trained in customer service nor does it come naturally to them, but come on UNC, you can do better than this. While there are advantages to getting my Rx filled here, I cringe everytime I have to call to request my Rx to be filled and then pick up my medication.
