Getting my parts through them is a logistical nightmare. I'm sure working with insurance isn't easy, but they do a lousy job of leaving notes in their system. I've been trying to coordinate a swap for weeks because they sent me the wrong size back in January. Only to receive a call back today that they couldn't find any note from my previous call, so they can't do anything. How is it my problem that your co-workers don't leave detailed notes documenting their calls? Service is awful.
They falsely billed me and my insurance company after returning equipment two years ago. They are a dishonest organization and need to be shut down
Do not want to give any stars, have spent best part of two weeks trying to contact them. I have been on hold as long as 40 minutes, had my call answered twice to be told someone would call me back - they did not, been hung up on, and finally given another number to call that is answered by voicemail telling you to leave a message but the mailbox is always full. Very frustrating.
1. I have never given any product or company a 1-star. I am genuinely fair and look for the good. 2. I wish I could give zero stars and lead the pack to shut them down! Why? This company is dealing with people with respiratory issues that can result in death if not taken care of and taken seriously. The others are not exaggerating. This place makes the DMV look like a model of efficiency and customer service! The guy who fitted me for my mask was really nice and helpful, Bruce R, but everything else about this place is frustrating to say the least.
