Why does it seem like everyone that drives around this hospital is on drugs. I almost got hit by 3 cars driving from here to the parking garage. Not to mention there hardly any parking and I finally get to the top floor and find the one open space and guess what the elevators are broken. Definitely switching back to duke this hospital is a mess. It's an unsafe environment for guests and patients. Then y'all gonna over charge to visit the hospital and overcharged to park here? What is going on with this hospital?
Check in is the most ridiculous process I’ve ever seen. Have you scheduled for a time but then you wait 5+ hours for a bed. You can’t leave to go eat but they have ulta processed PB crackers. This is on top of also making cancer patients pay for parking. You waste a full day for getting multi day round chemo going. Do better.
They really care about you and your comfort.
