Do not waste your time. The front desk staff as not helpful at all. Just wasted my time today to be told that they no longer accept humana but i have aetna as a secondary. I was told that the humana was deleted since UNC does not accept it. I said well then put aetna into position of primary and she responded she cant becuse the humana is 1st, how is it first if its deleted. I have been seeing Dr.Quinones at this facility for several months. This clinic is very spacious and clean. His staff was very inviting and kind. Dr. Quinones wasted no time in performing multiple tests to determine the best option for me. Needless to say, my condition required surgery. If I could give more stars in this area I would. I did my own research with this doctor and his credentials are above reproach. I love the fact that he had years of experience doing the procedure that he had planned for me. Forcing referrals on cash patients. Ridiculous money hungry crap.
Some of the staff aren't very friendly, but Dr deBeck is great!
This office went way and beyond to make this a smooth doctor visit. My patient that more like family now has the final stages of Alzheimer’s. The front office-nurses- and the doctor himself was very accommodating to my patient needs. I appreciate them alll so very much. Best dr visit in a long time. Keep up the best work! Wonderful staff and team..
