Incompetent,lazy,and, unprofessional. The provider turnover here is constant. Check the provider histories for yourself. This UNC healthcare facility uses travelling providers,so be ready to be dropped by your PCP without notice. Most of the providers are extremely new( i.e., no experience), have foreign degrees ( not bad in and of itself but can indicate subpar credentials), or move around a lot. I’m at work and my husband has been at this hospital since 6:30am due to lower left pain in abdomen for 8hr. they took blood work and urine sample and he had to wait until 1:30pm to be put into a room or be given any update. At 1:42 pm the foreign dr said quote “IV, medicine, for heartburn.” They didn’t explain why his stomach was hurting, didn’t explain his blood levels, nothing. I got on the phone and went off on the Dr. he hadn’t been giving any ultrasound, x-ray, ct scan, nothing. He said he would re-evaluate him again. ... read more
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would I had the worst experience yesterday at that hospital. No one there has any compassion for the sick and I don’t understand why they are working for the sick. The registration lady was the only nice one I encountered. They also gave me The wrong results after confirming who I was. There’s no way I will ever go back or take any of my family there
Don’t recommend going here. I have went a few times one times I was completely embarrassed because the doctors,nurses, and police officer sitting outside of someone else room was making fun of me for one of the things I was there to get help with. I left without even finishing getting help I needed. I cried to my nurse and told her that I was in disbelief she apologized but it was very unprofessional and couldn’t be taking back. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BABY TO THIS DOCTOR AGAIN. If you have a true emergency please find somewhere else ! My baby had a fever of 104 we came in & went in to triage & they done no testing . We waited for 3 & half hours & then they brought us back to triage & my son was projectile vomiting & the lady just sat there & had the audacity to say do yall need anything & we were all covered in vomit , there is no urgency or human decency in this hospital.
