WORST DOCTOR EVER!!! Dr. Michelle Rizk. I have been struggling with my health symptoms for over 2 years after having bilateral salpingectomy surgery. That's when it all started. I cannot even believe I have to do this right now . If I could give ZERO stars I would . I have had 3 problems in less than a month dealing with this facility but today was the biggest . I have had ongoing health issues for the last 10 years & the last 3 have been the most trying other than the first few years . I found out I had adenomyosis , cysts & fibroids .
