Just moved from Charlotte,NC . Mrs. Jessica Watts is an awesome provider but far as the office nasty attitudes not informative at all been getting a run around to get my test results done .
Mrs. Watts is the best. She listens to my concerns and has helped so much with my health issues. If I have a problem getting my medications because of back order from the drug store, I’ll text her and she quickly sends it to another store who has it in stock. When everyone else was blaming every symptom I had on fibromyalgia, even when I knew it wasn’t, she took the extra steps with blood work and X-rays. I went there for the first time on December 4, and when I tell you I had the best doctor, Mrs. Jessica Watts, she listened to me where others didn't try to find any solution or anything to try and help. I'm very thankful for her, and her nurse has the best personality—a ray of sunshine.🫶
every month it is a fight to get my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy to get filled. UNC health family medicine at Tanglewood is honestly one of the worst if not the worst medical facilities that I have had to deal with in my 53 year life. There is zero Accountability. They do not return calls, they do not look at their messages on the portal, they do not Send prescriptions to the pharmacy without being reminded Over and over. Maybe it is time for you the UNC executive branch to get Involved.
