Happy Mothers Day to me One of the worst and most emotional experiences you can ever go through. This world we live in now… people really don’t care anymore. I went into this clinic in serve pain and the way the receptionist greeted me and spoke to me was just cold and dismissive. Very upset about most recent experience. Went in for a 8 am appointment and went to the bathroom. The doctor Paige waited 5 minutes then went to a different patient and had me waiting for over 30 minutes. I had plans so I had to leave and couldn’t get a refill on the prescription I needed or get things done that I really needed done! Very disappointing and will be looking for a new primary care physician
I love the clinic. All the staffs were great. Specially labeta was great while doing my blood she made me comfortable as I am so scared of needles and I didn’t even feel the pain. Miss Mamta as usual great she was. Answer all my questions
Horrible visit with Jessica Krop. Not only were my concerns dismissed but inaccurate information was given to in regards to certain policies . Extremely upset and disappointed
I came in last week and changed to different UNC Primary Care instead . The blue ridge location is much better than here . Staff is unprofessional
