I love the doctor and therapist that my son sees but the front desk receptionist that works on the side where they have therapy and rehab is very unprofessional. She will cut you off in the middle of talking and catch an attitude with you.
Extremely disgusted with the visit I had and will be looking for another facility for this type of care.
Ridiculously slow and unwilling to coordinate w minor patients who have multiple appointments within the unc system
I've had a lot of difficulty with doctors in addressing the pain I was referred here for, so I was very nervous about this appointment. Every aspect, from scheduling the appointment, the appointment itself, went smoothly. The staff I spoke to were all incredibly friendly and professional. I felt my concerns were adequately addressed, and my questions answered.
