They are the best! Always patient, extremely courteous and caring. The wonderful receptionist is always helpful and keeps everything organized at check in. The Docs and Technicians make you feel important and comfortable. You can’t be in better hands!
If you are looking for a clinical audiologist who is patient, kind, and professional....I have been seeing Rachel Douglas for the last 6 months and she has been wonderful! She is so helpful, considerate, and smart! I never feel rushed when she works with me! She is a definite asset to this department for UNC!
I love this office! Dr. Buccini is the best audiologist I have taken my mom to see. We went to a different audiologist before coming here. When it came time to pick a hearing aid, my mother wasn't given the option to try them on and test them out. We were given brochures and told to pick based on descriptions. No one was really vested in making sure the patient had what she needed. My next appointment was with Dr. Buccini.
